Cardiovascular Screening & Prevention
The technology to predict your cardiovascular future exists. Most health checks are not using it.
Advanced, personalised cardiovascular assessment — with a long-term prevention and surveillance programme attached.
A New Era
We are closer to Gattaca than most people realise.
We are now in a new era of health screening, risk factor quantification, and longevity medicine. Modern tools — including personalised biochemical testing and advanced imaging — have transformed our ability to non-invasively look inside your body and literally predict your warranty, and how we might extend it.
The Problem with Current Screening
Identified. Not solved. No feedback loop.
Standard medical pathways have not caught up with the technology. The NHS health check is a good population-based foundation — but it does not predict your individual future. It plots you as a dot within a population, and its goal is to reduce the burden of illness at a national level. That is a worthy ambition. It is not the same as understanding what is coming for you specifically.
The Stakes
It remains the biggest killer. And the rates may be about to move in the wrong direction.
Cardiovascular disease remains the largest cause of morbidity and mortality. We have become better at reducing mortality and preventing acute events. But there is a real concern that for the first time in decades, the rates may begin to move in the wrong direction — driven by modern lives, modern diets, and rising rates of obesity.
Our Programme
Designed from first principles. Built around the individual.
If you were to design the ultimate health screening programme — unconstrained by resource, built around the best available technology — it would be directed at one goal: predicting preventable problems early, using non-invasive tools, and then setting a long-term pathway of prevention and surveillance that goes meaningfully beyond tablets. That is exactly what we have built.
What We Look At
The electrics. The plumbing. The structure.
The heart can be understood through three interconnected systems — and a truly complete assessment must look at all three.
The electrics
The heart's rhythm and conduction system. Atrial fibrillation, palpitations, and electrical abnormalities. Assessed through ECG, extended ambulatory monitoring, and rhythm analysis.
The plumbing
The coronary arteries and blood supply. Angina, heart attacks, and atherosclerosis. Assessed through CT coronary angiography, coronary calcium scoring, and advanced lipid profiling.
The structure
The muscle, the valves, and the chambers. Heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and valve disease. Assessed through echocardiography and cardiac MRI.
Most health checks look at fragments of one system. Our assessment looks comprehensively at all three.
The Model
Not a snapshot. A system.
The assessment establishes your cardiovascular baseline — where you are now. The prevention programme establishes where you are going — and how to change it. Annual review tracks your trajectory. An advanced panel every three to five years maps the longer arc. This is the MOT and warranty model: not a one-off health check, but a continuous, closed-loop clinical relationship.
For Patients with Established Disease
In oncology, no specialist waits for the next tumour. The same logic should apply to your heart.
The difference between assumption of prevention and demonstration of prevention.
Who Should Consider This Programme
This programme is designed for people who want answers, not averages.
The age-threshold patient
You have reached a point in life and want to understand what the future holds — and how to extend your healthy years for as long as possible.
The family history patient
A parent developed heart disease young. That genetic risk has always hung quietly in the background. You want closure and confidence.
The hard-living professional
Years of working hard and playing hard may have left echoes in your cardiovascular health. You want to understand the trajectory — and change it.
The risk factor patient
Overweight, type 2 diabetes, smoking history, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. You want a precise picture of what those factors actually mean for you.
The post-event patient
You have had a heart attack, a stent, a procedure — and quietly wonder: is it creeping back? This programme gives you a structured answer.
The goal is not a report. It is measurable, positive change — documented, tracked, and adjusted over time.
